Anything else?

How quickly do I receive commission?

Weekly. Every Monday we SEPA-settle the previous week's commission to the IBAN on file. Platinum partners can opt for net-30 invoicing instead.

Do I pay upfront for bookings?

Never. The guest pays us directly (or we charge your house account if you prefer to handle the credit card). Your commission is deducted from the gross and remitted weekly.

What if the guest cancels?

Commission follows the same policy as the booking. If it's inside the free-cancellation window, no commission; outside, full commission is earned and paid.

Do you handle e-fattura / SdI?

Yes. All invoices are issued in Italian SdI format with your SDI code / PEC pre-populated. Download at month's end or integrate via API.

Can I have multiple seats for my front-desk team?

Up to 12 named seats at no extra cost. Each seat has its own login and the portal tracks bookings per agent for commission splits.

What if a guide cancels or a tour is disrupted?

We rebook within 2 hours or refund in full, plus a €20/guest goodwill credit. Our concierge line is WhatsApp with guaranteed 3-minute response.
